These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Exost Trade portfolio analytics service at www.exostrade.online (the "Service"), operated by Exost Trade ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Exost Trade is an informational and analytical tool. It aggregates and displays data about your crypto wallets and connected brokerage accounts so you can see your portfolio in one place. The Service is for personal, informational use.

2. Not investment advice

The Service does not provide, and nothing in it constitutes, investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset. All analytics, figures and content are provided for information only. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Consider consulting a licensed professional before investing.

3. Read-only access — we never trade

Brokerage accounts are connected on a strictly read-only basis through our partner SnapTrade. Exost Trade has no trading permissions, never places trades, and never moves, withdraws or transfers your funds or assets. We never receive your broker credentials — you authenticate on your broker's own site.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and use the Service lawfully.
• Ensure you have the right to connect any account or wallet you add.
• Verify any figure independently with your broker or wallet before acting on it.

5. Data accuracy

Analytics depend on data supplied by third parties (brokers via SnapTrade, blockchain networks, market-data sources). We do not guarantee that such data is accurate, complete, or up to date, and it may be delayed. Figures shown are for reference only.

6. Service provided "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exost Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading, investment, or financial losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on any information it displays.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties (including SnapTrade for brokerage connectivity and your chosen brokers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
